As soon as it all started ...

With the taste of cooking since I was a child, the interest in Gastronomy came in the period that I entered England to study English, in Brazil, I was studying Engineering, something very different from this horizon. As soon as I arrived in Europe, I went to work as a dishwasher at Fifteen (First Jamie Oliver's restaurant), in London in 2002.

With 5 years of experience in Europe and a few stops in France (Lion and Paris), Spain (Granada and Madrid), Italy (Milan and Rome), Scotland (Aberdeen and Edinburgh), and Ireland (Dublin), where I acquired a large experience and legacy of different cultures.

When I returned to Brazil, 2007, I had experiences as a chef partner in a restaurant with an International Fusion food concept.

Then also passing through the corporate market in companies such as TAM Linhas Aéreas (Global Executive Chef), and IMC - International Meal Company, owner of the brands: Viena, Frango Assado, Brunella, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, among others as General Manager Gastronomic development. Also with experiences in corporate, residential events, inside and outside the country.

With extension in management of gastronomic units and gastronomy by Hotec - SP and Technical course in culinary Arts by South Thames College -London / United Kingdom
